Who can join
The students who have successfully obtained any degree/ diploma/ certificate of any regular course from any Academic Department/ Faculty/ Centre of University of Kalyani, irrespective of any caste, creed, gender, and agree in writing to be bound by the Memorandum of Association and these Regulations of KUAA, are eligible to become members of KUAA.
Types of Membership:
1. Annual Membership:
An alumnus eligible for membership can become an annual member for one year on paymentof Rs. 500/- and after the approval of the same by the Executive Committee. The membership fees shall be due on the first month of the financial year, i.e. in the month of April of each year.
(N.B.: For the financial year 2025-26, the membership is valid up to 31st March 2027.)
2. Life Membership:
An alumnus eligible for membership can become a life member on payment of a one-time membership fee of Rs. 3000/- and after the approval of the same by the Executive Committee.
